Shipping policy
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your order may take longer to fill if you have ordered a pre-order item. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that at this time, major US carriers are experiencing delays and this may affect the delivery time of your order beyond our control.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over with 30 miles. A delivery option will appear at checkout for qualifying addresses.
Deliveries are made every day of the week, including weekends. Please include any notes at checkout around preferred delivery dates or times. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to coordinate or to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pickup
You can also skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. If you wish to pick-up your order, please select the local delivery option at checkout and we are happy to coordinate with you to pick-up your order.
If your address it outside of our 30 mile radius and the Delivery option does not appear at checkout, but you wish to pick-up your order, please message us prior to submitting your order and we would be happy to coordinate with you and provide guidance.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are calculated based on current available rates based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Occasionally, we may offer discounts, special rates, or free shipping. Be sure to follow us on social media for any current offers.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@luxhomegifts.com and we will look into it for you.
